Cannot bank on Standard Bank

You would think that a bank would have their clients best interest at hand when applying for a bond. Especially being a loyal customer for more than a decade. I am honestly appauled with the "service" levels. An initial offer was presented to my disaticfcation and i was ungranted amendments on my own terms for a second offer. Definitely changing my portfolio over...
