Cancelled my Insurance over 2 months ago

I cancelled my building insurance policy with Standard Bank Insurance Brokers over 2 months ago and the policy is still in-Force and Im still being charged for it and everytime I contact them they give me the run around. I would NEVER recommend Standard Bank for any business, they are probably the worst company I have had to deal with in a long time. I have noted each time Ive called and emailed and will be taking all of this information through to the OMBUDSMAN. How on earth do you manage to stay in business when you treat your clients this way.
