Cancelled Debit Order

I opened an account in April 2015. I wanted a savings account but the woman who set it up for me advised me that i cannot have a savings account without having a extra account that has a fixed debit on it fo three months. I gave in and had the other account debit R50 for 3 months. after four moths i cancelled the debit. I was advised that there will be no amount debited and also the 7 day notice that i have to give in order to access the funds will no longer apply. I was informed that it will be a normal account and that i can access my money whenever i wanted. I went into the bank and i was also informed that i need not set up internet banking inside the bank, that i just need to put in my card details, my pin and set up my own password.

I has transferred an amount into the above mentioned bank account almost two weeks ago. i wanted to transfer the funds back into my main account but then i was informed on my cellphone banking that i would need to give 7 days notice!!! AGAIN!!!! when calling the call center they informed me that i need to set up internet banking again as I need to do it inside the bank. why am i being misinformed about so many things? I am upset about this!!
