Cancelled Accounts twice! STILL NOT CANCELLED!

I went to Standard Bank Castle Walk in 16 November 2016, to close my 3 accounts. Servise was not bad, sighned all relevant documents. The person said he could not close my cheque account, but someone would be in contact with me in the following week to close it over the phone. They paid out the balance in my accounts. Done and dusted.... or so i though... on the 30th of November by bankfees went off. I was also charged an overdraft fee.

I went into the Castle Walk branch once more, the same guy helped me. AGAIN closing the accouts.

Again he said that someone will phone me, got sms's with Ref Nr's and a date that they will phone me by - 21/12/2017. On the 321st of December the bank fees were deducted again and I was charder overdraft fees.

Today is 23 January and nobody has phoned me.

When I phone the help line/customer care, they cannot help me, because they say on their system , my account has not been closed.

What am i supposed to do?
