Cancellation of Policy while claim is active

Can management of Standard Bank Insurance please explain why they are quick to cancel one's policy when a claim is submitted and furthermore the claim is still in progress and has not been resolved after two months of waiting. This means that while the property is being repaired, Standard Bank Insurance conveniently removes themselves from liability because they have give one months notice to cancel the policy although the claim and work HAS NOT BEEN CARRIED OUT AND COMPLETED AT THE SAID PREMISES.<br> I need a response from management regarding this issue of cancellation while the claim is NOT settled.
