Cancellation of Mechanical Breakdown Warranty

To whom it may concern

I've called Std Bank Vehicle and Asset department to cancel this warranty, they then put me through to the warranty/insurance department. Only for them to tell me they can't find me on the system, yet on my vehicle statement every month i'm being charged. Please can this be addressed asap, i'm trying to cancel the warranty.
