Cancellation of debit order request and write of the overdraft which is cost by their unsuccessful debit orders

I am really sick and tired of standardbank.I have been calling them several times to cancel my debit order since I am unemployed and they handed me over to the third party but always they r saying they will cancel the debit order when I call but each month they debit me more than ones and this unpaid debit orders of theirs is putting my account on overdraft and they are affecting my itc even more..standard bank does not care about their clients and they don’t put themselves into their client’s shoes...they have bad customer service....
