Cancellation of Debit Order

To whom it may concern-Just another complaint of Std Bank. I spoke to vehicle finance last week, regarding my deibti order that came back, because my company paid our car allowance late. They also told me that I cannot cancel my debit order, once the payment shows. A week later the I contacted them and they told me that they cannot cancel the debit order and that I will have to go into a bank, after I was told last week I can contact them once payment shows??? I want my debit order cancelled for incase something like this happens again
