Cancellation of debit order

<p>This is an appauling and very unacceptable bridge of contract. People called me in regards to taking a life cover, and I am no longer interested as I have not received policy documents as promised. I also do not want them debiting my account. Standard bank contacted me for cancellation but nothing has been done so far. I do not want funds debited off my account as I'm not interested.
