Cancellation of cession

We have a bond with standard bank (***) and there is a cession done through liberty, around July we took a life cover and wanted to cede part of it with standard bank and to cancel the one they have arrange through liberty. On the 21 September I wrote a letter of cancellation ref ***) , I got response the letter must be signed by both partners that was done on the 27 November again I got another respond I must write another letter and sent schedule of new life cover did that on the 09 Dec and they still want other documents of which on the 08 before the last letter I ask if they will need more documents and information they said no. Its been 4 months of passing the buck.
