Cancellation of cession

Complaint *** Account no *** has not yet been resolved, I have been trying to get hold of Olla but till now I haven't find her on the landline provided. I have sent cession forms that I have received from my insurance am still waiting since 28/12/2015. do I have to wait other 3months to get response.
