Cancellation of a vehicle deal

Due to a deal gone sour, I made a decision to cancel the vehicle deal prior to the payment by standard bank sales dealer due to the changes made without my consent. At that point I contacted standard bank and requested a cancellation of the deal immediately. The reference number: ***7.<br> Please note: I never received the vehicle nor have seen it. After several fruitless discussions, the bank send an investigator to investigate the matter and provided a feedback that the vehicle was never delivered to me. I was later sent to make an affidavit and sent to the bank.<br> In February 2015, I send through correspondence to the bank after being summoned for failure to pay the installment by the bank that accepted my cancellation.<br> To my surprise, on the 6th July 2015, Standard bank deducted 17 172.21 from my account due to this matter. <br> Please assist me in getting my money back from Standard bank as I have cancelled the deal and never signed any contract.<br> <br> <br>
