cancelation of paid up bond

Totally disappointed and disgusted with standard bank home loans department. Running into the second month of having canceled bond and requested title deeds and airtime wasted on speaking to consultants and countless emails and broken promises from their legal department. They continue to charge me service fees after the fact that all this was canceled rendering my home loan account open. To me they just trying to get more and more money out of me with no response from legal. If this is standard banks way of getting every cent out of people after the fact that the home loan was settled. It certainly is sneaky business. Totally unacceptable and disgusted.
