Cancelation of Liberty Life Cover... NO ASSISTANCE!!!
Good day I am very disappointed on the service of cancelation on my bond, when I wanted to cancel the life cover. I issued cancelation of life cover done through Standard Bank on the 26 July 2018, to my surprise the cancelation has not been implemented. I complained about this matter to liberty since Standard Bank was no of assistance to my request this year the beginning of April 2018. To my surprise again Standard Bank still deducting money on my bond as if it goes to Liberty for the canceled life cover and Liberty does not receive such payment from their side. I am very disappointed n angry to this transaction cause now where is my money going since Liberty closed my life cover.....its been 3 months now and ***** has been happening under my account. Before I contacted Liberty using Hello Peter since I was frustrated and the company who I joined purchase of my bond introduced me to Liberty were of no assistance......now m frustrated cause I canceled from the Liberty side but Standard Bank has not updated their records and still taking my money under the name of Liberty....
I am very angry....frastrated n disappointed!!!
