Cancelation of ********** debit order

It been a year now I have been requesting the cancelation of the ********** debit order and everytime time @the branch they told me the same thing that there is nothing they can do. It tiring to visiting the branch every month for the same issue . Am even thinking of changing to the other banks...the customer service for this bank is extremely poor
