CANCEL PRESTIGE ACCOUNT REMOVE RIDICULOUS BANK CHARGES

I want to cancel my Prestige banking account and I was told this can never happen. I went to century city branch to close the account the monthly account charge was R249 I requested for my banker to call or email that has never happened. I went again when I say my account was R480 or something and I was advised same thing banker is going to contact me but nothing. This month I called call centre *** on Wednesday May 19th 09:58 and I spoke to Karen and she made the same promise and she was going to escalate the matter to banker manager. as usual no contact nothing what so ever. I refuse to be ****** by Standard bank I want to close this account I can never pay for a banker that has never been available for me. She is so too busy that she has not even noticed that I am gone long gone. I am happy with capitec. I refuse to pay R786 for something I wanted to stop from very 1st time I saw I am paying for sweet nothing. R249 I can pay R786 I'm willing to escalate my matter to your CEO. I WANT TO CANCEL PRESTIGE ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!!!!
