Cancel my policy as requested!!!

I cancelled the Home Loan Protection Policy which I have with Standard Bank on 16 Nov 2015. Today is 03 December 2015 & I've had no response.<br> Instead of refunding me, Standard Bank added insult to injury by just once more debiting my account with another premium.<br> If I don't get a response this week, I will take this matter to the Ombudsman. In my opinion, I was not getting the treatment prescribed in the Long Term Insurance Act of 1998 and with Standard Bank ignoring me will not make the issue disappear.
