Can your people actually read?

<p>On or about the 6th June I chatted to a lady regaridng my overdue credit card. She assured me that if I gave a PTP that i would not be harrased anymore. So we AGREED on me paying a SAID amount every month. I explained I had not had an increase in over 5 years, she assured me that STND bank was there to help. All was agreed on between me and her. Sadly I dont recall her name.</p> <p>Imagine my surprise this morning when an idiot by the name of Vuyanda calls me to tell me I have short paid.......... Does your left hand KNOW what your right hand is doing? AS per the FIRST LADY, As long as I make a PTP and stick to it, I WILL NOT BE called and harassed. <br />The first lady said this instrcution would be on file so that all agents coul dsee a PTP was in place and no-one would call me as long as i made my payments. </p> <p>So can your people NOT READ a simple instruction????</p> <p>So far i have honoured my PTP.</p>
