Can you staff Read?

I need a copy of my latest statement of my credit card since Standard Bank doesn't send it. EMailed, requesting this, including my card number in the subject line and in the message and still the 2 members can't get it.<br> <br> Are you staff trained only to copy and paste answers? It seems to be the case.<br> <br> Please submit the statement ASAP
