Can't get proof of payments for one beneficiary
If I want to know which payments I have made to a particular person on the ABSA internet banking site, I can get it immediately. The people at Standard Bank say that in order to get this information one has to print out every monthly statement. I need information of payments to one person for the past year. Why is your bank (which is supposedly, simpler, better and faster) not able to do this little thing?
