Can't get assistance from anyone at Standard Bank

Good day all. I have a personal loan from STD & with travelling etc ( I know it isn't an excuse) but I forgot to pay my loan a/c. I was handed over to their attronys who are VERY RUDE & won't accept my payment terms so that I can get back on track. When I tried to contact STD bank legal dept and customer services No one seems to be able to help me I just get told deal with the attronys The attronys state I need to get a copy of my contract. When I try to get a copy of my contract NO ONE in STD bank can assist me as there is no direct landline to our branch. I have left number of messages with Customer services that someone from my bank get hold of me but still no luck. I have tried to make arrangments to pay off my loan and not STD bank or their attronys will make or accept a payment arrangments. <br> Where do I go from here is legal in court. As I believe STD bank phoned me but as per their system it was the wrong number but the consultant never tried again and they just handed me over. Im sure that a brench of contract? The lawyers letter states arrangement can be agreed by the client and myself but no one wants to agree. <br> Guess It is court I go with all my information:-( <br>
