Can't close accounts
I'm currently sitting in Standard Bank PE branch for the 3rd time trying to close my accounts. 4 hours of my life wasted already. This bank and its outdated procedures will never see my business again. I've been with Standard Bank for 15 years, never have they given me the service and benefits that FNB has given in the month I've been there. I'll be advising everyone to switch.
