Can't Change a Damn OTP Cellphone number

<p>This Bank is the worst bank possible. They don't keep up with technology and services and every single small things need to be done in a Branch after you've called the call center. They waste your airtime and your damn time. I called earlier this year to change the number where my OTP (One Time Pin) Goes to. I've try to change it over the phone. It didn't work. They sent me to a branch. That didn't work either. I called the call center again. The department doesn't work that specific time. Left my message and Query. I was told they would call me Monday. Well today is Tuesday already. I've not had any access to my banking app for two weeks. I can't see what's been happening in my account. Because my freaking Number was not changed. And in order to get into the App I need a Freaking OTP that was sent to the OLD NUMBER. </p>
