CAN SOMEONE JUST SORT OOUT MY QUERY!!!!

My case reference ***6 is still not sorted. Yonanda closed my query because she was going out of SLA. The agreement was even if the case shows closed she will still follow up until the case is resolved. My case is partially resolved and at this point im very close to moving to the green bank. Even your escalations and complaints department is a mess!!!!

PLEASE CONCLUDE MY QUERY. I SENT YOLANDA AN EMAIL AND IM BEING IGNORED
