Can someone help me with Standard bank please

I can't take it anymore. How do you get charged 6 times for going through one toll gate ONCE? And it has been going on since i opened the account in Feb 2022. I even spoke to a consultant who advised that the extra amiunts got put back in my account which is bull ****. How many tines am I going to have issues with Stabdard bank. It doesn't help to complain on Hello Peter or anywhere because they just ignore you for **** sakes. This is really the worst bank in South Africa . I have also requested now to close the account but no one gets back to you. My address is STILL wrong on my statement even though I went to the branch with proof of residence . They have an address I have not stayed at since my son was 2. He is turning 12 in July. Where the **** did they get that address? I'm fed up. Help me. Then they also have the nerve to post on Hello Peter and say they rep**** in private which is a lie. No replies ever received.
