Can I please have feedback

<p>Could someone who can ACTUALLY help me please give me feedback.</p> <p>I went into a Std Bank branch over a week ago to be told that they could not help me but would log a call and i would have feedback the next day.</p> <p>I have called every day for no one to be able to help me, no one has feedback, no one can point me in the right direction.</p> <p>The situation is actually urgent.</p> <p> </p> <p>Reference number - ********** 353</p>
