can I have my money back tog
R1277.34 was deducted from my account today, when I called the guy that was assisting me said the debit was activated in 2015 but then all along this so called debit hasn't been off/taken since then (if it ever was), so meaning this is ******** debit. I have a credit card with you guys and I always make the payment myself, you don't debit it, so what is this now and even the reference number used, I don't know it, so what is it for? where is my money?
