Campany Over Draft application

Good day<br> <br> Our business banker is a nightmare, first it took her a month to increase FET limits, We app**** for company over draft on the 5th june, did not have a response for 3 weeks, we could not get hold of her over the phone and left numerous voice message, we eventually went to midrand branch they said that was approved on the 10 of June, asked us if we signed some form but unfortunately we did not know which form was which and they also could not get hold of this Sharon Nortman person, then we sign loan agreement form later same day Cliff (business bank at Midrand branch) contacted us telling us that we did not sign surety forms, so we went to green stone the next day spoke to Sharon's manager who also still refered us back to Sharon we signed and left this is now another two weeks later after Sharon said our Surity forms are lost we need to go back to the bank to sign them, and now she is on leave, we have tried everything we can but no one can assist us, and Cliuff does not want to change account over to midrand as Sharon is suppose to get commission so now we have no where to turn, we cant close the account as yet as our customers needs to still pay us, anyone PLS help
