Caltex Fuel Rewards

<p>For the past 5 months there has been 2 service stations in Sabie, selling Caltex fuel. But they are not registered on the Ucount system despite numerous emails and complaints over the past months by various residents to the Ucount customer care centre. This has resulted in Ucount members not getting any points for fuel purchased or being able to redeem their points with their Ucount cards. Every time I send in an email request to get this issue sorted out I get the same reply from the customer care center -- "Your email has been forwarded to the consultant who is currently dealing with your query" -- but nothing ever happens. I have now accumulated over 2500 points during this time, which have still not been credited to my account. I first emailed your customer care centre at the beginning of May 2017 naming the service stations as Ridgeway and Caltex Super Stop both in the Main Road, Sabie. The owner Dominic ( ********** 350) has also advised me he cannot resolve this issue - something needs to be done and done now as this is now amounting to ***** and false advertising - ACTION IS NEEDED URGENTLY TO RESOLVE AND RECTIFY THIS MISREPRESENTATION </p>
