Calls and messages all the time. not all info

In November I was retrenched. Which I then went in December to claim from insurance on my credit card. They approved it for apparently for 3 months. A few days later I received a payment on my credit card. I was not told that this payment was a once off and not taken as a 3 month payment. I also received a call from std bank parow Saying that if I'm not working in 3 months I must get another affidavit end of Feb when the 3 months is over. Now I'm getting constant msgs and calls saying I must pay the amount due and my account in arrears<br> Also this person I think her name is Pamela telling me I can pay from.my money in my cheque account. Firstly that money got nothing to do with anyone. If I don't get a job soon then I'm gonna need that money. Especially with the unemployment rate today. firstly I wasn't given all the info on how the insurance works and secondly the constant calls and evasion.of privacy of looking at my other account. Cos if I Had an account somewhere else they wouldn't been able to tell me about my other money. I.feel like withdrawing all my money and opening an account somewhere else. This is unacceptable treatment <br>
