Call it what ever you want to but the service is ridiculous

False advertising, I was made to open a Prestige Account and moved my salary despite getting it late as my company pays from a different bank. The benefit of getting a reduced interest rate meant more. 6 months later I still have not seen the reduced rate instead it went higher as now my installment has gone up.

Now I am being harassed by collectors telling me I owe money which they themselves don't know where it comes from which all calls end with "I will get my team leader to call you" which never happens.

I have been paying more than what I am suppose to monthly but the nerve of calling me for arrears which an account is suppose to be up-to-date is disappointing. Been cancelling debit orders because the account is closed but it still continues. Debit my correct account number because you made me open it under false pretenses anyway.. If this one goes unattended to I will report this to ombudsman now.
