Call Centre security issues

I am trying to sort out a problem with my credit card via the Call Centre. Before we can even start we must do the security check. I am asked questions relating to known facts (ID, banking details, cell phone company and number, place of employment) then arbitrary questions about random companies and physical addresses. We go through the whole process twice - me giving correct answers for the known information and correctly stating that I am not a company director of a company I have never heard of nor do I own a house at an address I have never heard of. Both times the system rejects my answers as being "incorrect". So now I am blocked and must try again in 24 hours or go into my branch. I understand that security is very important to the bank and for my protection but please sort out your system issues and malfunctions so that you do not frustrate your customers like this.
