Call centre nightmare
Easy to get a loan. Yes. Great bank. But call center service very bad. But my issue is as follows. I repaid 70 percent of the loan. The balance at the creditberue has not updated. I tried phoning and emailing call centre and customer service but it seems like they don't understand.
Problem is I owe you 8000.
Creditberues it reflects that I owe 26519.
Please can someone update my balance at the crefitberue. It has not updated since beginning of January. Please update my balance to what I am owing now please. It affects my crefitscore
