Call centre is unhelpful

<p>I was in the bank yesterday to close my student loan account (I work till 5 every other day). I was told I cannot close it on a Sunday becuase there is money in the account. The guy helping me said he would close it today and pay the money into my fathers standard bank account. I left my ID there and I have been on hold for 25 minutes with the call centre. 15 minutes to get through to them and now 10 minutes becuase they cannot get through to the centurion mall branch. All i want to do is arrange a time to pick up my ID because I work till 5.</p>
