Call centre is hopeless

Last Sunday I placed a stop order on an account which I am finish with. (You pay a cost for this service which immediately comes off your bank account).<br> The debit order go off and I call the call centre and they make a commitment that they will reverse it on the 3rd (receive smses and incident for this promise).<br> Check the 4th and no money in my account. I call again (spend some money on calling all the time).<br> They apologies and said they will place it under as important and the money will reflect in 24 hrs.<br> Conclusion: NO MONEY AND BROKEN PROMISES.<br> <br> Advise: If you looking for a bank of service. Dont choose standard bank. They easy can deduct money for service but not easy to give you service for it.
