Call Centre cannot increase my monthly limit
I need to pay my bills today. Standardbank will not increase my monthly limit on my account to allow me to transact with the balance in my account. Holding my money hostage is unacceptable. There system to calculate how much of my money I can transact with is flawed and they cannot see why. So Standardbank thanks for ruining my credit rating by not allowing me to pay my bills on time.
