Call Center the most useless
Standard bank call center to be the worst call center ever. Tried to call then & waited 48 minutes on the line. Eventually, I get through & spoke to an agent who had no freeken clue. Then transfered me to Mypilo, who assisted me. How can a leading bank have such a useless call centeer
