Call Center not answering their phones.
What more can I do? Last month I complained twice about the call center not answering the phones. Then I received a personal email giving me alternate numbers to call.
Well no improvement. I have now called the alternative numbers twice and after 18 and 22 minutes respectively I hung up. I responded to the personal mail - also no response.
This poor service from the call center has been going on for many months and absolutely NO improvement.
Does Standard Bank care so little about service?
