Call back request ignored by Standard Bank

My aunt's trust banks with STB and we are currently looking to close the trust and transfer all of its banking information to her NPO...

We requested a "Call-back' from STB last week on Thursday and nothing has been sent our way... She has been your client since 1998, surely she does not deserve this treatment.

Please give her a call ASAP
