Call back option is a waste of time
Their call back option is a waste of time. I have been trying to get to home loans sales all day. First they call you back and the background sounds like the person is at a party, I could not hear anything. The second one calls and keeps you holding for 10min no help and the third one literally said hello and hung up. I still have not been assisted
