Call back but no action

I reported this case last monday. Got a call from Shelley on Thursday with the promise of solving the ***** case immediately. However nothing happened yet. WRT the interest matter NO response yet??? I am really getting fed up with the call centres that want every detail every time you calll. PLEASE HELP<br>
