Bying Forex from Standard Bank

I am a long-standing client of Standard Bank and as such I wanted to include them as a possible supplier of Foreign Currency. Not possible, no Branch Telephone number and when I called Customer Services and they tried to put me through to the Cavendish Forex Branch, the phone just rang for 5 minutes. Various banks and other agencies have easy to use quoting systems on the Internet; you can see what the rate is, what the commission is, etc. I just found the Standard Bank option non-existing and poor.
