On the 3rd of March 2023 I was at Standard Bank in Northmead Square Benoni, to make transactions, I asked to withdraw inside the lady helping me(Lerato) said it would charge me too much better if I do it outside with with the other money I had to deposit, the money was deposited into an incorrect account and not where I wanted it to be transfered. The matter has since been under investigation without them giving me any feedback, a sum of R9000 is the one that is in question, that money was not paid into the correct account, on top of that the collegue didnt give me the chance to do the transaction by myself at the atm,she insisted on doing everything
