Buying powerball with Standard Bank app

I wanted to buy powerball numbers using standard bank app. Went online at 7pm and couldn't get into buying lotto on the app. Kept on getting Catalog error. Tried the whole time until the cutoff time for powerball. Kept on getting the same message or "something went wrong. Please try again message". But after cutoff time could get in. Couldn't go out because of lockdown
