Busisiwe really moved me forward

i went to the branch at library gardens i was really in a bad state due to the situation i was in on that particular day i had no time to stand in a long line either Busisiwe Dlamini, reassured me not to panic she will assist me as soon as possible .I hardy sat 5 minutes .she called me and in the nick of time I was assisted with a smile. Busisiwe THANK YOU ,you have no idea what you have done for me on that day when i was in so much panic ,you should me that there are people who care and thank you for assist me with a smile you made a difference to my situation this allowed me to panic less .
