Business Card not Received after 21 days

It saddens me to write about Standard bank within 7days after my 1st query was just finalised. me and my wife we opened a Business Account in Kings Mead Branch and we were promised card will be in the branch within 7 days. 14 days lapsed with no response until I had a separate query last week and when I asked 4 our cards they said they have arrived. I signed for mine and said we will collect my wife's on Saturday (24/01/2016). when we went to the Kings Mead there was no card to be found. we were on the counter for an hour while they were trying to locate our card. I asked for Shane Ver Buyfp who is the branch manager who I spoke to on Friday relating to the other query but he was off. I asked for 2nd in charge of which it was Khanyi several times but she never came to the counter to address me. this is not acceptable Standard bank is really treating us like ******s. they are showing that our business is less important to them than to others. I cannot be running up and down everyday for their unprofessional and *********** staff. I need this sorted ASAP I really cannot believe its happening again with one bank.
