Business banking technology and phone service a JOKE
The business banking app does not work, the internet banking does not work, you cannot even get a transaction history. You sit an hour in the call center q and they cannot even transfer you to a business banker, apparently the phone line is not connecting and I am just trying to get an appointment so that we can get a transaction history and change branch.
