Business banking HORROR!!!!

We have a business account with STD bank and have nothing but trouble since we've opened the account. We opened the account with Janine Mosavel at the Johannesburg CBD branch. We've always had trouble getting hold of her but she's been very helpful none the less when we do get a hold of her. She's moved onto a project in the interim and our account is being handled by Patrick Mavhungu. He does not listen to my what was requested, he is RUDE and VERY UNHELPFUL! He did not want me to speak to someone senior and DROPPED THE PHONE IN MY EAR!!!! I work in the banking industry and I know for a fact that this is not ACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR!!!! Can I please have our account moved to someone else! I DO NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH PATRICK AGAIN!!!!!
