Business Banking - Extremely poor service from Standard Bank on *****, card and OTP issues

We bank as a business with Standard Bank and have experienced the following issues in the past year: - Our bank feeds being disconnected suddenly on Xero and absolutely no information from Standard Bank on how to resolve this. This caused us to have to spend thousands of extra rands on manual reconciliation of accounts and a breakdown in understanding of our finances for 2 full months. In the end, even though this issue was escalated multiple times by Standard Bank, it was resolved only by us working directly with Xero who stated that Standard Bank had changed the way their feeds worked and should have informed us as a Standard Bank customer yet not a single person we spoke to in Standard Bank Business banking (and we spoke to 8+ people) had even a basic idea of what Xero even was. - A standard bank card not being cancelled when requested twice. A card that has been issued to someone that no longer worked at the company was kept activated and in their possession longer after cancellation on the card requested, putting the companies finances at risk. - A business card having a faulty chip for over 6 months - however whenever taken into the branch the chip is said to work. The card does not work in ATMs, for certain online services and with contactless . - Business manager suddenly leaving Standard Bank. The company was not updated that a new business manager was appointed and no handover was done. - OTPs suddenly no longer being sent to accounts division of the company, meaning the company cannot make EFT and other critical time-sensitive payments. When a Business Banker was asked if this could be resolved via Whatsapp (where she stated we could contact her if we had an urgent issue), she said she we should not message her if it isn't in business hours. - Incorrect forex banking platform setup and staff sent to office of company to train them in how to use the forex platform, and a fee of over R1000 paid for then when the platform was not required at all and its functionality miscommunicated.
