<p>i had an ordeal with standard bank where my internet banking profile was lcoked and i had to go to the branch . i went to Thohoyandou branch only to discoverthat the bank account i used to call mine is not yet fully updated, the old memebsr are still listed on the system . They did all they could and called sandton branch , Pumla dladla was *********** as she could not even represent the bank, she kept saying she does not know what happened as she only strated working recently. i had to go ack to the back with the ck2 to update the profile and i meet an angel ( banker) called Tswiwela Themeli , it was almost 3 but she assisted me thoroughly i never experienced sucg a 5 star treament at the bank. Guessshe is a chief and as a venda chief she shoud have been rude and you know ....., she treated me like am the only person on earth. if i were to return i could go there everyday. Not to forget about Clint petersen who handled my hellopeter complain with such professionalism. keep it up guys . i wish the world has more popel like you.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
